Quiet Pills is the fourth LP from Body Shame. It deals with themes of voyeurism, internal dissonance, neuroticism, shame, and unhealthy ways of dealing with social and emotional problems. It is a harsh, ugly, and hopefully cathartic record, created before, during and after the peak of COVID-19 and reflects many of the emotional and social themes of that time period.
